Guides & ArticlesGuides And Articles From This Desk
Two guides and five articles, written about the category rather than about the bottle. The first guide explains what a joint supplement actually is and what the published trials measured. The second is a checklist you can take to any product in this category, including this one, which is scored against all eight of its questions.
Everything here is written to be useful to somebody who ends up buying something else. That is the test a guide has to pass.
The two guides
The joint support supplement guide
What is actually in this category, what the trials measured, and the four things worth knowing before you spend anything. Written for somebody who has never bought one of these.
Choosing a joint supplement: a checklist
Eight questions to put to any bottle in this category, with this product scored against all eight, including the two it fails.

Five longer pieces: statins and CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid and blood sugar, what the rheumatology guideline puts first, where the joint trials have actually looked, and what a pain score measures.
Why this desk publishes a checklist it does not pass
The second guide asks eight questions of any joint supplement and this product answers two of them badly: it prints no amounts, and three of its four named ingredients have no joint trials behind them.
Publishing that is not modesty. A checklist written so that the seller scores eight out of eight is a sales page with a table in it, and anybody who has read two of those recognises the third on sight.
The useful version is a checklist that would still be worth taking to a competitor, and the cost of writing one is that you have to run it on yourself first.
